Creating crystal-based products and service that have value to help enrich society

We at Epson Toyocom continue to move toward our goal of becoming an indispensable company by pursuing our "3D strategy." Under this strategy, we seek to combine three categories of crystal devices – timing devices, sensing devices, and optical devices – to create modules built around our storehouse of technologies for growing and processing synthetic crystals and creating high-quality devices that are progressively smaller, more precise and accurate.

Crystal devices have evolved along with information technology and today, built into myriad electronic devices and home electronics products, are more important than ever.
We continue to pursue advances in QMEMS technology, which uses microfabrication processes to draw out the excellent raw potential of quartz material, as we seek to create smaller devices that offer higher performance and new functionality. At the same time, we are adding easy-to-use solutions that have compelling usage value by merging our crystal technologies with the Seiko Epson Group's semiconductor and software technologies.
