Epson Toyocom Announces New President
Epson Toyocom Corporation today proposed the appointment of a new president. The appointment is subject to approval at Epson Toyocom's annual general meeting and board meeting scheduled to be held on June 22, 2010.

Torao Yajima -
（Presently managing director, Seiko Epson Corporation. Yajima will continue in this position concurrently with his new position.）
Planned date of appointment: June 22, 2010
Yajima is scheduled to be appointed as president of Epson Toyocom Corporation on the same date.

Kaname Miyazawa -
（Presently president, Epson Toyocom Corporation and executive officer, Seiko Epson Corporation）
Planned date of retirement: June 22, 2010
